The particles of our previous version of glass coating had a network structure, which produced an extremely hard coat on the painted surface. Newly developed NANO-FIL coat has a nanolink network structure. Each particle has arms, and is strongly bonded to each other like a straight-chain and the connections are flexible, unlike the previous version. The nanolink network structure of NANO-FIL works as a shock-absorbing effect before damage starts to occur from external factors, such as fine scratches and any other imperfections on the painted surface. NANO-FIL offers a hard but a flexible coat. (See Figure 1)
Back to NANO-FIL TopDark colored painted surface users are always concerned with water stains, and smudges left on the painted surface. NANO-FIL is the solution to these problems. It provides you with a brilliant run-off finish, to protect the paintwork from water stains and deposits, while maintaining an impressive thick layer with wet-looking gloss, and superb durability
Back to NANO-FIL TopNANO-FIL minimizes the impact of environmental factors, such as bird droppings, yellow sand, tree sap and acid rain on the painted surface. The UV-resistant NANO-FIL keeps the layer from yellow discoloration and deterioration, which results in long-lasting crystal clear gloss layer. (See Figure 2). Our 3 year-exposure test results along with an independent organization using the “Sunshine Weather Meter” test prove the high performance of NANO-FIL.
